Online Cart Shipping
There are several convenient options for finalizing your Online Purchase, and obtaining the items purchased.
- Any online order can also be picked up for free at your local store. Some serial number specific and specialty items may need to be transferred to the store nearest you. This process can take as long as 10 days. If you have not received confirmation that your order is ready, then please contact us before trying to pickup your order.
- We can FedEx the purchased item to you for an additional fee depending on size, weight, and location.
Online Rental Shipping
There are several convenient shipping options for finalizing your Instrument Rental/Purchase Contract:
- Store Pickup - Free
We can hold the instrument at a store for you to pick up at no additional charge. Some serial number specific and specialty items may need to be transferred to the store nearest you. This process can take as long as 10 days. If you have not received confirmation that your order is ready, then please contact us before trying to pickup your order.
- FedEx - $25 (Flat Rate)
We can FedEx the instrument to your residence, for a flat $25. All instruments will be shipped 'signature required', this is due the value that these instruments.
- School Delivery - $15 (Flat Rate)
We can arrange for a Education Sales Rep to deliver the instrument to your child's school, for a flat rate of $15.This will allow you to save time by avoiding the back-to-school traffic at the store and give you one less errand to run during one of the busiest times of the year.
Refunds are issued within 14 days of the date that the customer purchased or order is received. Merchandise and packaging MUST be in the same condition as when received. Items may be subject to a 20% 'Restocking Fee'. Tarpley Music reserves the right to refuse any return if it appears the item has been used.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the customer's order included free shipping, the customer will be refunded order amount, less Tarpley Music's original shipping cost.
There are NO REFUNDS for the following:
- Strings (Guitar, Bass, Orchestra)
- Sheet Music
- Harmonicas, Mouthpieces, Earbuds/Headphones (if unsealed), or any item that may come in contact with the mouth, ears, or nose.
