Rental/Purchase Contract
We know the beginning of the school year is very hectic, and time is of the essence. Our stores are like most others during the back-to-school rush - very busy, with many people trying to get things done in a hurry. Filling out rental contracts and searching for instruments can be time consuming. However, there are ways you can speed up the rental process.
For instance, you can fill out our Rental/Purchase Application online and be pre-approved for a rental account. After we receive your application, one of our sales associates will call you to discuss your needs. We will discuss the type of instrument you want, ask you if you want a new, used, or rental return, and help you decide if you need any special accessory items.
Once we determine the right instrument for you we will have all the necessary paperwork filled out. At that point, all that is required is your signature on the contract and your first payment. There are several convenient options for finalizing your Rental/Purchase contract and obtaining the instrument you have chosen.
- We can hold the instrument at a store for you to pick up.
- We can UPS the instrument to you for a small delivery fee.
- We can deliver the instrument via a company van for a small delivery fee.
- Or, if we have a rental drive at your school, we can bring the instrument with us.
This will allow you to save time by avoiding the back-to-school traffic at the store and give you one less errand to run during one of the busiest times of the year. And since our plan allows for exchanges without any loss of principal paid, if the instrument you initially choose is not right for your child, we will simply exchange it for one that is.
