600MHz Wireless Rebate Programs

Due to the FCC Spectrum Auction, the 600 MHz frequency band (614 – 698 MHz) has been reallocated for wireless broadband use. With this reallocation, wireless microphone systems will eventually be prohibited from operating in the 600 MHz band by law. If you’re currently operating a 600 MHz wireless system, you will need to transition to a new system at some point over the next couple of years - anytime from now until July 13, 2020.

Due to the complexity of the reallocation, there is no way to accurately predict just how – or when – the changes will unfold. There’s no need to panic, but we are telling customers using wireless systems that operate in the 600MHz band that they should plan to transition to another range of spectrum.

Each manufacturer has different programs, with different terms and conditions, please visit each site and look at how to claim your rebate. You can find links below.

Shure 600MHz Wireless Rebate

"Shure is offering a trade-in program to help you make the switch from 600MHz . For each 600MHz wireless system you trade-in (Shure or non-Shure) you'll receive a rebate if your system is eligible for a rebate towards your purchase of a new Shure system."

Shure's 600MHz program runs from April 17, 2017 through April 30, 2018.

Audio-Technica 600MHz Wireless Rebate

"Audio-Technica is offering a “Trade In On Your Terms” program to help you make the switch out of 600 MHz. For each 600 MHz wireless system you trade in (regardless of manufacturer) you’ll receive a rebate on an eligible Audio-Technica wireless system."

Audio-Technica's 600MHz program runs from August 15, 2017 through March 31, 2019.

Sennheiser 600MHz Wireless Rebate

"You rely on your wireless equipment for every performance and Sennheiser wants to make sure that you can continue to do so for years to come. Sennheiser will help you trade in your old 600 MHz gear towards new wireless! 600 MHz gear from any competitive manufacturer will be accepted!"

Sennheiser’s 600 MHz program runs from June 14th, 2017 through June 30th, 2018.
